Summer Conditioning 2008

FOOTBALL:

7th & 8th grade Football
Tues. & Thurs. July 7— Aug 8
Time: 6:00pm — 7:00pm

Last summers successful program repeated.   Beginning football players are introduced to the rigors of youth football without the contact. Emphasis is placed on developing athleticism, explosiveness and endurance through rapid concession of sport specific drills, plyometrics, bodyweight, buddy/bodyweight exercises and abdominal exercises. This program in a must for any youth player going into football camp.

Fee: $140 for the entire session ($14.00 per day) Min. Participants: 10
