Winter Programs

Winter programs are typically held through December / January / February each year, although some programs or program sessions may vary, starting earlier or running later in the season.

We are always looking for new programming ideas and suggestions! If you have an idea for a new Dover Parks and Recreation program, or have ideas/ input on how to improve existing programs, please e-mail our Assistant Director, Nicole DiCicco.

CARYL ART CLUB

In this class we will develop your young artists’ interest and skill in creative arts through the exploration of a variety of mediums.

Over this, NOW 5-WEEK LONG SESSIONS, we will introduce, discuss and explore famous artists and their unique forms of making art, then we will create our own works of art using all we’ve learned!

DECEMBER + JANUARY 5-week, cohort-based SESSIONS:

COHORT B : Tuesdays, December 8, 2020 – January 19, 2021 (no class 12/22 & 12/29)
COHORT A: Thursdays, December 10, 2020 – January 21, 2021 (no class 12/24 & 12/31)

FEBRUARY + MARCH 5-WEEK SESSIONS:

COHORT B: Tuesdays, February 2 – March 9, 2021 (no class 2/16)
COHORT A: Thursdays, February 4 – March 11, 2021 (no class 2/18)

Ages: 5 – 11 years old
Time: 3:00 – 4:15pm
Location(s): 
Dover Town House (December classes only)
Caryl Community Center (all January, February & March classes
Led by: Nicole, Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation with Brieanna, Parks & Recreation staff member
Cost: $70/ 5-week session
